I have started whitening my teeth and I have had a little bit of sensitivity due to the excessive produc ts I use. ( I know, i know! i should have expected it!) Is there any Whitening Mouthwashes and toothpastes that actually WHITEN teeth and leave them normal (enamel intact) and not so sensitive?*Thanks!

THe sensitivity you have isn't due to losing enamel. The sensitivity is due to stress on your teeth. . When you bleach too much it causes stress on your teeth. Try simply cutting back on the products you already use. Instead of wearing bleaching trays overnight, try using them for a few hours before bed. Or Cut back to every other day. Crest White strips work well, but since they aren't fitted to the specific size and shape of your tooth it can sometimes affect your gum tissue. ALso, just regular whitening toothpastes do the trick. Though not so fast. Good luck!
