the garlic and herb.
And it's especially good if you make tomato basil chicken:
4 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 (12 ounce) bottle garlic and herb marinade
16 fresh basil leaves
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
12 slices bacon
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken breasts on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, slice chicken breasts horizontally, without slicing them completely in half. Open the chicken breasts like a book. Place chicken and marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Place opened chicken breasts on a broiler pan. Place 4 basil leaves on the bottom half of each chicken breast. Top each with 2 or 3 tomato slices and 1 slice of cheese, and fold over top half of chicken (if necessary, fasten with toothpicks). Wrap 3 slices bacon around each chicken breast.
Cook in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn chicken, and cook 15 minutes more. Remove from oven, and sprinkle chicken with Parmesan. Return to oven, and cook until cheese is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes.

We like to use a commercial seasoning like Durn Good, spray lightly with Pam for Grilling and then grill. After grilling we then put a little of our favorite barbecue sauce in a dish to use as a dipping sauce.

For boneless chicken breasts we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com to calculate the grilling time so that they turn out nice and juicy, regardless of the thickness of the individual boneless breasts. Just enter in the info and it gives you instructions for how to grill chicken breasts so that they all come off the grill at the same time.

I guess it depends on how you're going to cook them. Most spice companies make a poultry seasoning blend. Even the ones at the dollar store are good. If you're just going to fry them House of Autry's Medium Hot Breader is really good. It's got a good flavor and it's not too spicy for those who don't like hot foods. It works great on seafood too.

MAKE A PACKET OUT OF ALUMINUM FOIL AND ADD I BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST. COVER WITH HALF A JAR OF SALSA (I USE GENERIC SAMS CHOICE BRAND MEDIUM). SEAL THE PACKET UP TIGHT.BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL DONE( I USUALLY MAKE TWO PACKETS AND IT TAKES ABOUT AN HOUR).SERVE OVER YOUR FAVORITE COUSCOUS OR RICE. I ALSO, MAKE A BAG OF FROZEN VEGGIES TO SERVE WITH IT.IF I AM IN A HURRY I WILL CUT UP MY CHICKEN IN BITE SIZE PIECES AND PUT MY CHICKEN AND SALSA IN A SAUCE PAN & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL YOUR CHICKEN IS DONE.EITHER WAY IS DELICOUS!

I like to bake mine in Balsalmic Vinegar. It my family's favorite way I cook chicken - also - strips absorb the flavor better than the whole breast - have fun!
