In Grand Cayman you have to go to Stingray City and swim with the Stingrays. Even if they are too big and scare the 2 year old, you are there for over an hour so you and your spouse can alternate staying on the boat with the baby. It's a fabulous excursion and so much fun. One of those truly unique things.

But I wouldnt plan on many shore excursions wiht a 2 yr old. Many shore excursions last hours and you know the baby will get cranky and need a nap long before it's over. Best not to ruin the excursion for yourself and everyone else. If you must do one, pick the shortest one.

Definitely consider just taking a brief tour around the area and playing on the beach like the previous poster said. It's too young to get anything out of it. You should be able to enjoy yourself too.

Just go to 7 Mile Beach on Grand Cayman. It is a great beach and the little kid will have fun playing in the sand.

Sting Ray City is also great but a 2 year old child would not be allowed to even be on the excursion.

At Ocho Rios, once again, just go to the beach.

Bring a suntan lotion with a high SPF of at least 45.

I would go to Sting Ray City in Grand Cayman but I would highly disregard taking the little kid with you into Jamacia, as it is a horrible place. If you go to Ocho Rios and do the Dunn River Falls excursion which you probably won't unless you leave your kid behind, in order to get out you have to go through a flea market, and one year, I saw this couple wiht a kid about 8 or so and this man from a shop came up and started pulling the kid towards his shop and trying to get the kid inside the shop so the parents would buy something and this couple behind the parents grabbed the kid and were playing a game of tug a war. It all worked out great in the end as the kid was safe and no harm was done except being shook up but I would highly regard from having any parent to experience that.

Do you have your heart set on excursions? With a 2yr old it might be great for them to just play in the sandy beaches!

I particularly have been to the two places collectively as on a Western Caribbean cruise. in accordance with what your budget is, Grand Cayman has a lot of cool issues to do. regrettably, you will possibly not have the means to extra healthy in basic terms a million or 2 of them into your stay collectively as in port. In Grand Cayman, you are able to go see the Turtle Farm, it particularly is a extensive sanctuary for turles. They later use those turtle's shells for rings, furniture, etc. i did not go and see that! I did go on a blend Stingray city and Snorkeling. Stingray city is a sand bar interior the midst of the bay it particularly is encompass by stingrays. it particularly is something to journey! The paying for is fantastic in Grand Cayman, as my hubby and that i bought matching Movado watches for decrease than $seven-hundred! They each and each retail for extra here interior the rustic. i think of there's a place pronounced as 'Hell' there to boot... uncertain... yet I particularly have heard it particularly is neat. Cozumel is alluring to boot, yet I would desire to be truthful, it wasn't my sought after port of call. We went to the Tulum ruins, it particularly is on a bluff overlooking the sea. It replace into breathtaking! many human beings have been paying for, swimming with dolphins, or snorkeling in Cozumel from our deliver. examine with your cruise/ hotel for a complete itemizing of what's obtainable to chosen from. e book early, because of the fact the 'sturdy' ones go rapidly! desire this helps you some!
