It depends on the fish, but a little blackened seasoning along with a lemon butter sauce work for pretty much all fish. With what ever you end up using, the important thing is not to over season.

dill if your baking it in a little butter,if your frying it just salt and pepper ,if your boiling it old bay is good ,in the seasonings isle there are many for seafood best to go with simple because fish is lite flavored

Depends on the fish.
Cold salmon goes well with a dill flavoured mayo.
Hot salmon is good grilled with miso paste.
Bass is excellent just with olive oil.
Skate is good withh melted butter with capers.
Haddok & pesto...
Shrimps with soya sauce....
whatever your fish, best keep it simple.

lemon pepper seasoning. Whitefish or cod, brushed with a bit of butter sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning........Delishhhhhh!
