Me and this girl have liked each other at diffrent times. WE care about each other I cheer her up a lot we both make each other feel good we hug each other and flirt but we never ever seem to like each other at the same time. But now I just want to tell her that I like her but I don't want ruin our friendship or make her feel bad because she does not like that much. How should I tell her that I like her?

How u know that she dont like u so much widout asking????Go ahead say her wat u feel,say her u like her.Who cares what she answers ??u like her n even if she dont like u ,cant take out ur feelings 4m u.If u like something allways b passionate of it,I believe sooner or later u will get it.
But buddy i think she likes u also,so dont waste ur time.
Do wat ur heart says.If she is ur good friend then even if she dont like u will always b ur friend .

Well it seems to me that if you two are best friends. then you should tell her how you feel. & maybe you should tell her or write her a letter. letters are wayy cute. :) good luck,.
