This is what I did, because I used to have the same problem a while back.
I made a habit of drinking water and exercising. Not anything too crazy, just a bit of dance. That helped with my coordination and focus as well.
Take a long, hot bath before bed. Cleanse your face thoroughly with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. After, you moisturize your entire body, from face to feet, in Vaseline Cocoa Butter. Brush those teeth. It's all part of staying refreshed. You'll feel it when you wake up.
Before you fall asleep, do something that typically relaxes you. For me, I'd write and listen to music. Mentally and physically, I was at ease, afterwards.
When you wake up, be sure and take care of your face, teeth and stomach. Eat something good but healthy. I'm not saying to grab an apple all the time, because sometimes, you'll have to treat yourself to help yourself. Eat fruit and veggies, too. That's good.
I hope this helps.

I have a couple, how it helps
1.take a shower.
2.Exercise ( stretching then take a jog around the block is what I do)
3.use a morning face wash or wash your face with a facecloth and cold or warm water.
4. use eyedrops (it relieves the eyes a bit)
5. Use a mask or a wash that is minty (It cools your face)
Well, I hope it helps.

Eye depuffing gel. Bath & Body Works sells it. So does any store like Target or Wal-Mart -- the St. Ives Cucumber gel. Also, drink plenty of water.

If you are having swollen eyes, try sleeping propped up more. Lying low and flat causes fluids to build up in your face. You can use preparation H around your eyes to take away puffiness also. Hope this is helpful.

when you barely get up...sit or lay in bed for a few minutes and your body would adjust to getting up alot faster....then stretch and take a warm/hot shower and in every few minutes turn the water cold for 15 seconds then back to warm...

Maybe your not getting enough rest?
Or
Maybe to much.
Taking a shower helps after you get up.
You could even exercise a bit before your shower to get your blood going.
