When you are really craving chocolate, take a look at whether you have had your regular daily intake of caffeine. If you are used to coffee or a pepsi/coke every day, and you haven't had any yet, you might crave chocolate.

When i crave chocolate it's usually because I need caffeine. I make a nice hot coffee with milk.....put some chocolate syrup in it! Hersheys syrup is really not that bad for you.

I also recommend putting a bag of nestle semisweet morsels in the fridge. Eat a couple if you get a craving. That really works for me.

Sugar-free instant chocolate pudding is low in fat and calories if you make it with skim milk. My other favorite "healthy" chocolate option is a no sugar added fudgecicle - they only have like 45-50 calories. That always takes care of the craving for me.

Good Luck!
