If the guy keeps looking at me then i would think he might like me. If he smiles or waves at me then i would think that he really does like me.
Just smile at her and make eye contact, then after about 3 days of doing this go up to her and talk to her! If she doesn't smile at you or wave then wait until she does before you talk to her. If she never smiles or waves then she doesn't like you.
