I'm a woman and I dont want to get all crazy muscley... but would this be a good workout for my arms and my legs? Plus I'm always wanting to punch people anyway so maybe this would just be a good stress reducer... what do you think?

When women work out, if they do it correctly, you don't get "buff." At the same time, boxing is not used so much for conditioning, more for speed, focus, and fighting skill. I would suggest you find a gym, and simply use the machines. But before you do, ask around and make sure you know how to use them. What would help you most, especially with your legs, would be running. A lot of people are running nowadays, and it is an easy way to get in shape. Buy a nice pair of training shoes for around 80$, forget those gym fees, and get out there on the road. If you want help getting started, email me and I can suggest some daily and weekly workouts, tips, etc. Good luck!

punching bags teach you to keep your hands up during a fight.
