If buying treats don't work then you need to get rid of the dog, a friend of mine had the same problem and when she brought the baby home the dog went nuts and they had to put the dog in the garage until they found a new home for it.

My dog got very protective of me, sort of the opposite of what you are dealing with but pets know these things. Their senses go off hormones that humans emit so your dog is picking up the pregnancy. After the baby came she could cared less about me but was always next to me when I was preggo. Check out the parenting message board.

yes - I have 2 cats one of them has always been mardy and never liked being fussed or lying on me or anything, the other would be on my knee for a love as soon as I sat down but now things have changed since i found out i am pregnant the one who hated fusses loves them she sits on my knee being stroked for hours and always wants to lay on my belly the other one totally hates me at the minute she wont come and lye near me or for a strok or anything i think this is because they both know i am preggers!

I've heard of this before, animals can detect things very early on and your dog is getting jealous. Buy him/her some treats!
