It definitely will not stunt your growth but you are more susceptible to injuries because your muscles have not been worked on for an extended period of time and your body is not done growing. So as long as you start lifting using light weights and building up from there, you should be fine.
I would suggest working pushups and crunches into your regimine because these will strengthen your chest muscles, arms, and stomach...all of which are used for weightlifting, and the stronger these muscles are..the lesser chance of you getting hurt while lifting.
I hope this helps!!!!

If you want to build muscle you'll need protein. Meat has a lot of protein in it and is an easy way to get it. You wont stunt your growth unless you really are doing some heavy lifting so dont over do it and you should be fine.

Interesting - you will need to up your proteins somehow to best build healthy muscle... but no. It will not stunt your growth. Actually body building/weight lifting strengthens bones and with good posture - should make you into quite a powerhouse.
...As for being short... hon, only time will tell. I'm eternally 5 foot tall and no amount of body building can change that. My Grandmother was 4'8" ...so it's just in my genes.
I hope you can find good nuts and beans for protein to help build that muscle. You might also get a good soy-protein powder.
Good luck! Peace! --De

No weightlifting will never stunt yur growth, it actually helps it to a certain extent. If you can't eat meat then you will have to purchase some type of supplement if you want to gain muscle. I suggest Met-Rx Metomysyn protein, the chocalate.

Nope, But your only 15 years old. You still have 3 more years of growth ahead of you.
Females growth period ranges from 9 Years old - 15 Years Old.
Males growth period ranges from 12 Years old - 18 Years Old.
Also with lifting, you are going to have to deside if you want to lift for size or strength, cause they are two completly different exercise plans.
