well,i wouldnt say he was stalking u,thats way too serious.looks like hes interested in you.Do u like him too?If so,next time he smiles at u,smile back,and if u feel bold enough,the next time he passes by u,whisper a little hi to him.You never know!

Not always, like i can give u smile because normally i keep smiling with everyone or it is my way enjoying life. You have to be patient in judging him because you cannot judge him in one day,one smile,one moment etc;
