when im with a guy i recently met and its like the 1st to 3rd date all we do is hug and kiss and thats it. we dont french kiss nor ever go any further. but when hes just hugging and kissing me he starts shaking a bit. with his hands and sometimes their body shakes. i was wondering what does that mean?

I think most of the answers make sense, but what i personally would do, is ask him. The next time you're kissing, ask him gently, "Are you shaking?" Don't just come out with it at a random moment. You need to ask him when it happens. If you're not the first person he's ever kissed, this should have happened to him before, and I think he probably knows what it means. Just ask him... gently!

Nervous, or an adrenaline rush: its like a lightening that shoots from your head, down ur spine (tingling feeling), and settles butterfly sensation in ur stomach. when that happens u usually have this tiny shivers or shakes.
He is really attracted to u, and would like to do something further, but respects u too much to blow things by rushing u.

Don't listen to the morons that answered before, for me, this is a good sign, it means he REALLY likes you and that he's nervous, also that he wants to take things slow, read the link and you'll get an idea on why it's better to wait to go to second base.

It means their cold and they need to wear warmer clothes.
