Good Lord people can't count.......

When the US is on Standard time, like in the winter, the Caribbean is 1 hour ahead of the East Coast....so today, March 4, when its 7 am in Frisco, Its 8 am in Denver, 9 am in St Louis, 10 am in Boston and 11 am in St Thomas Virgin Islands

when the US goes to Daylight Saving Time ( spring forward, fall back) then the US East Coast and the Caribbean are the same time

There is currently four hours difference between California and the Caribbean. So if it is 7 am in California it is 11 am in the Caribbean. You can get the current local times for both locations here:
