Consider this the western Caribbean is 5 hours behind and the eastern Caribbean states are 4 hours behind Greenwich standard time,Why? Geographical location and Length of chain of islands that represent this section in the Americas, and of course global position on our planet, due to the fact that time is always moving,I can only give a time of the present,to the nearest hour.

Eg; 12 pm in the western Caribbean, that means its going to be 9 am your time time west cost standard time of USA.
You Being in the State of California USA is 8 hours behind that same time zone that separates East from West.
By the way, if you did not know the United States has 4 standard time zones Eastern standard time, Central standard time,Mountain standard time for the Rockies or Mountain states, and a Western standard time for those states at the Pacific coast, respectively.
hope this bit helps.
