How do guys really feel about having a woman take the lead and ask them out on a date? Are there any guys that feel like it's out of place for a woman to ask a man out on a date or maybe even have a woman propose marriage to them?

well i think Proposing marriage might be taken it a little to far, but making the first move to meet is awesome.
Woman wanted equal rights and now they have them. Dont make this a catch 22, you are just as responsible for asking a guy out as we are to ask you out. Its 2007, buck up and ask him out. Its hot!

Although it's antitypical, antitypical things aren't always negative. In this case, defying convention actually exceeds the conventional way. A relationship that a woman causes or pursues is probably gonna last longer than when the guy approaches. After all, that has been the way things have gone for the last thousands of years.

She'd probably be flattered but would decline. It's like being wolf whistled at, it's flattering but a little bit cheeky and not really going to amount to anything. It does all really depend on the maturity of the woman.

well it kind of depends on how it happens, because i know that me and my friend were friends for 7 years and she had came up to me and asked me out to see if me and could actually work out. and i said yes. so sometimes it can be kind of romantic.
