If you are very light skinned...nothing under 30 SPF. If you are darker skinned and tan easy, than 15-25 is a safer number, and you will still tan. We;re talking hot hot sun!

Use any kind you want so long as it has a high enough SPF to protect you from the suns harmful rays.

Sunblocks prevent you from sunburns...but will NOT prevent you from getting tan.

go for SPF 30
