I have noticed several times, that whenever i have something labelled "sugar free" it causes a big huge headache! Is it all in my mind? or can people have reactions to this sort of stuff? have you had any trouble w/ them?
Thank you so much,
E

This is not all in your head. Aspartame is very much to blame for a lot of problems like headaches and general body aches. Many time people are amazed that their symptoms of whatever they had disappear when they stop drinking diet soda. Aspartame is dangerous.

I have heard of this before...you may be very sensitive to aspartame or the others out there...like some people are to MSG. Recently I have learned that the sugar in a glass of coke isn't as bad for you as a glass of sugar free coke....I'm just keeping it to a bare minimum.

these people are right. stay away froke "sugar free" stuff with aspartame and MSG they cause headaches and all kinds of other bad things to happen to your body. your much better off using unprocessed sugars. stick to the brown sugar.

Basically, its possible to be allergic to anything you put in your body. I feel more fatigue when I use splenda.
