my man wants me to have his baby.He is 48,i am 33yrs.i know that he loves me.?

But i dont know what to make of it....usually its the female that wants to have there mans baby...now the roles are reversed.He's been diggin on me for years and years and just up until now he has professed his love to me.what yall think?
