im mexican but i dress preppy and i dont act gangster, never will i act that way. i like to go mudding in my Z71 and actually do alot of white boy things. i like to party, fish, and do stupid stuff with my friends. u think i have a chance with a white girl. where i live all the mexicans are really gangster and i dont think of myself that way. but everyone stereotypes down here in texas.

i cant help it but act white, i was raised around white people, i am proud of being mexican but the mexicans down here are just funny to laugh at cuz they think they are so tough. Its really sad, that our culture is going down hill, oh well im goin mudding lol

Hi, I'm Mexican and grew up in California (I live in Italy at the moment though). I've always dressed very casual (jeans, cute tops, simple cotton dresses....no gangster/cholo clothes), and don't wear make-up. I'm very sweet and at times very bashful (don't have a bitchy attitude or always wanting to start a fight). I do speak Spanish, and will speak Spanish if I know the person doesn't speak English, but I don't go around sound "que pasa" every freaking 10 seconds. I got good grades in high school and college, etc. etc. I noticed that a lot of white people were always amazed when they found out I was Mexican.....I guess they saw too many negative films or only had the gangster image in mind. It used to piss me off, but now it just makes me laugh.
P.S. I've always been proud (and still am) of my Mexican heritage. I honestly don't think there's a Mexican or a White or Black or a ? way of acting/doing/being....there's just a human way of acting/doing/being.

Seria importante que antes que nada sepas quien eres y te aceptes a ti mismo. Debes ser tu y no actuar como nadie mas: Latino o blanco, tener tu propia personalidad atrae a cualquiera.
