Most are in a museum in Jerusalem (the Shrine of the Book). But some are on tour in the U.S. in 2007:

Deep in a vault in Israel. Possibly at the Shrine of the Book.

In a special building put up by the Rockefeller Foundation.

I am pretty sure it is Jerusalem.

many of them are on display in the Israel museum in Jerusalem.

others are circulating to other museums around the world and their are probably still quite a few that are still being studied.
