I have been the crushee before but never a crusher. I didn't know it could be this bad for my physical health. The problem is threefold. 1. They are in a relationship. 2. I know crushees rarely reciprocate crushers. 3. How do I stop getting sick? We have a solid freindship I don't want to loose that. I also am really bad at the whole sharing feelings, emotions stuff.

since it is a crush, and it is only temporary, there is no need to express your feelings for that person. The crush effect will wear off if you stop thinking about the person and direct your thoughts to other things.

there are a few things which you can do:
1) find a new crush target
2) keep yourself occupied
3) avoid seeing that person for a period of time

I am sorry to hear about this. There is no right or wrong answer. If you don't tell him, you would never know. Find a fresh outlet... go take a holiday if you want to. Give and take, this could be a short phase that you have to deal with. If you are overwhelmed by it, try to talk to him.

Stop lying to yourself and allowing yourself to believe that you are physically sick over this! HE IS TAKEN! Grow up move on and stop before you hurt your friend. We can make ourselves belief alot of things, but deep within us we know the truth. He is taken. Wait your turn!

If he is taken, you need to just pick up the pieces and roll on. There are plenty of men out there, dont stop at that one that someone else has a hold of. Move on. Please.
