First of all: try reading "What to Expect When You're Expecting". It covers just about any question you may have from conception to pregnancy, personal care, warning signs, birth and delivery.
Second of all: no, sperm will not hurt the baby. Sperm can't even get to the baby when you are pregnant! Not only does the placenta encase the baby in a sterile and fluid environment, but a mucous plug also develops at the opening of the cervix to keep any germs or contaminants out of the amniotic fluid.
Congrats to you and buy that book! :D

No. Sperm won't actually make it into your womb, as the cervix will have been blocked by a wad of mucus (also known as the mucus plug).
There is a theory that the progestren (sp?) in the sperm can cause the cervix to contract, but only when you are ready to give birth anyway (so if you are ready to give birth, you can use sex to try and spur the labour on).. It won't cause premature labour though..

No. Fortunately, the fetuses are protected by your placenta.
