*smile* do you have homework on Daniel tonight? His "audience" were his fellow Israelites. His message was all the visions that God gave him, along with the divine interpretations of those messages.

Daniels prophecies had a far reaching application. First to the Israelites held captive in Babylon with words of hope and encouragement for their return to Israel.

His words are also about Gods Kingdom and how it would affect the Israelites as well as mankind down to our day and into the future.
