it's very normal. Once they start talking good luck trying to stop them. Be happy that he's so outspoken and curious about the world. Some kids are so shy and kept to them selves. As the years come by it might die down, or it might not. Some of us have the gift of gab, your son might be showing early signs lol.

Yes, it is perfectly normal and healthy. It can make you crazy sometimes though. You may want to start teaching him how to look up answers to some of his questions. You could also have him write or draw a picture about some of the things he is asking about and learning. It will still encourage his inquisitive nature but also buy you a few minutes of peace every now and then. You may also want to look for DVDs or shows about some of the things that interest him.

This is very normal,he is a healthy 7 year old.He is interested about the world around him. His constant chattering can be challenging at times.Try to set a certain time of the day where he does quiet activities ,such as reading his favourite books ,coloring,or a computer game .This will satisfy his curiosity, but in a quiet way. This is what you call parenting and you are doing a good job.

Well he is asking all these questions because to him, your older, and know a lot more, so he is looking up to you to enlighten him on things, I would take it very much as a compliment..
Because as they get older, they will try to push away a bit, and you will miss the times he was always asking you things, and taking your advice, so make sure your cherish this time while you have it..

Kids are very inquisitive, they don't understand a lot of things, and it's kind of cute some of the questions they ask, because they can be so random, you do have to love them, it's impossible not to..

Welcome to my world as a 1st Grade Teacher! Yes, it's totally normal! Some kids are just more curious and insightful and are just more exhausting than others. It's okay to ask your child for a little quiet time. They're asked to have quiet time in the classroom. Buy him books related to certain things that have peeked his interest in your conversations. Channeling his curiosities by some other means can also alleviate the never ending conversations (IE computer, videos, magazines, writing, etc.).

Yeah it's normal, don't expect him stop talking any time it only gets worse. First it's the "why" stage then as they learn more they have to make sure you know it ALL too. He' s just wants you to know how smart he is. Praise him for being so smart. Then when you get tired of it call your parents and ask them to watch him. Go out and have fun one night a week, Spend it with friends, husband or even your parents. Every one needs a break even the best parents need time for themselves. Best wishes!!

YES! Especially after reading just your few sentences, the use of the word "like" and all of the "..." ~ a sign he gets it from you! is most definitely inquisitive and intelligent! Consider yourself very very lucky & blessed!

Try to get him into extracurricular activities to fuel some of his energy, that might help from driving you crazy :D

it is very very normal.
Just answer him. if you get frustrated you will waste more energy being upset than you do answering.

You as a mom can set aside a quiet time in the day. like an half hour in the afternoon where your son has a quiet time in his bed with some books.

Patience mom...he will grow up quickly
