Yes and no. Divinity made up the rules long before we came around, and because Divinity is Perfect, It has no need to break It's own rules just because It can....
How to explain this better?
I don't believe Divinity takes sides or steps in, basically, It's just around to make sure all the physical rules are followed and to keep things running as they should... Divinity is what has put order to the universe, it's too busy with things along those lines to get too awful involved with us. Sometimes though, if something we ask gets It's attention, It may decide to humor us from time to time, just to keep us guessing. (Which is why prayer, spellwork, and hoping work just often enough to keep us guessing).
Don't know if that really answered your question though... Divinity's kinda like a referee..... It knows the rules, enforces the rules, makes judgements, but really, the rules don't affect It.

God has some different and some same rules to follow. A rule that is followed between both us and God is a spirit can only interact with humans through proper channels. However, God is not subject to time or space, nor has He been subjected to human laws such as "eating to live" for about 1974 years.
and God can appear in our world. Check Moses, or Abraham.

God is not the same as His creation. The Bible says that God holds the universe in the palm of His hand. He exists outside the laws that govern space and time. He is complete within Himself, and infinite.

No, God is not governed by the same physical principles as you and I. He stands outside of both time and space, and is the author of both. He often steps into time and space and manifest himself. When he does, he sometimes make use of those laws when they fit his purpose. Other times, when he needs to, he ignores them and performs "miracles". Try reading the Bible, it is full of incidence after incidence of God over-ruling physical laws.

While God subjects Himself to the very laws of nature that He had created, He can still appear wherever or whenever He wishes.

Greetings,
To know or say somthing about God may be based on our common sense but we need to refer to the devine literature (which is clamimed to be so)that is Bible, Qur'an etc. thay clearly describe God as He is creater of all the objects and the principals under which these objects are working in the universe. and it's for a well defined purpose. God made this all for us to see and appriciate His creativity and powers. if we think God himself is under these rules then it doesn't make sense for letting us see and appriciate this all.

God is a principle which defies explantation, as are a lot of other really powerful fictional creations like yogi bear or the road runner.

In physical form god/energy would be subject to the same physical principles as you and I (when we are in physical form, but we are not subject to these same principles when we are out of physical form)

God created the physical attributes of this world and we are subject to them. He is not. He is alpha and omega, first and last; He has always been and always will be. He is the creator of all things, they are subject to HIM, not the other way around.

First of all your second sentence doesn't make sense, and second, how or why would you think a God that is outside of time and space and who created time and space be subject to the laws of time and space?
