I'm not sure if I have hypoglycemia or not... But have been considering it a possiblility for the past couple years. My daily symptoms are weakness, lack of energy, memory problems, unusual heartrate, excessive sweating, craving for sweets constantly, nausea, stomach/intestinal cramps (for about half the day and at night), insomnia (can't sleep until 5AM .. in bed for hours), can't wake up in morning, constant worrying, depression, anxiety, bad coordination.... My symptoms when skip meals are intense shaking of body, mainly legs, jittery and nervous, feel like going downhill in car at 80 mph... dizzyness, blurred vision, falling over/almost passing out, nausea and very rapid heartrate, low body temp.... Also very high temper and irritable few hours after meals. Have been eating every 2 hours for 2 days... no stomach cramps and nausea and not falling asleep at noon anymore. High energy and great attitude... But not sure if it could really be hypoglycemia... Dont have medical. Opinions?

Your symptoms definitely sound like hypo to me. You have many of the classic symptoms. You need to try changing your diet and cutting out all sugars and refined carbs and eat more complex carbs lean meats and vegetables. You also need to take regular exercise if you are not doing so already. Its hard but Hypoglycemia can be controlled

You do have many symptoms associated with hypoglycemia, but also associated with other problems. And in any case, the real thing you need to know is how to make it better. Only a doctor can tell you that. For example, in my personal case I know that taking certain prescription meds make me hypoglycemic. You really need to see a doctor to get a blood sugar test, and perhaps see an endocrinologist after that to figure out what is going on.

i do everything you just said except the sweating, i sweat a lot some days and not so much on others. i went to the doctor last week to see if i had hypoglycemia and they ran a test for my sugar, thyroid and iron. they were all fine. if you find out what it is let me know... i don't know what else it could be, but i keep telling my husband something really IS wrong with me! good luck!

Go to the doctor!! People online can only give advice about what they think,a doctor can run a test and tell you exactly what the problem is.You could be putting your life on the line by putting off seeing a doctor!!!
