maybe you're petting or handling her in a way she does not like. or it could be that she is always playful and wants to scratch n' nibble. your question was vague to the circumstances but i hope this helps.

Maybe your cat just wants to be left alone. She doesn't want to be pet. Maybe she's not a petable pet. That's all
