how can i make my hair look like this?

i want it to look kinda anime style. since japanese guys can have cool looking hair. here is the link to how i want it to look.

its something like that. but also an anime feel to it. any suggestions? please help me out here.

Oh, my gosh, love the hair. This looks like what they call a "razor cut". It looks to me like just some long and short choppy layers. Take it to wherever you get your hair cut. If they're good, they'll know what to do.
