with the Lexus dealer here in Winter Park Florida is MSRP.

Hey Bob,

The best way to purchase a car is to get on the web site of every Lexus dealer in your area and find out who the person of each dealership is in charge of the "Fleet Sales Department". Those are the guys who will immediately sell cars lower than the other car sales nazis in the store.

When I bought my 06 Acura, i emailed every fleet dealer within 500 miles of Phoenix and i got my car $300 over invoice 5 days after they hit the lots in the brand new model year.

Invoice is technically what the dealership pays for the car. MSRP is the suggested retail price they should offer it at. Generally speaking someone can negotiate a price between the two costs.

Invoice is tricky though because there are things the dealer gets like rebates and incentives. Theres another thing i think is called "holdback" where they get like $1000 for each car they sell at the end of the year. So they could still sell the car below invoice and make money.

The best way to do it though is to hit up each fleet department like I mentioned and get the rock bottom lowest price, then go back and hit up all the other fleet departments again with that price saying "so and so dealer offered me this". They might try and beat it.

The MSRP is the "sticky label cost." different than with Saturn, that cost is fictional. The bill cost is supposedly the fee that the broker paid for the vehicle, even nevertheless it particularly is not fullyyt precise. There would be all kinds of broker incentives not discovered on the bill. Your suited wager is to pay the small cost to apply the buyer comments provider. in case you tell them precisely what variety of recent motor vehicle you prefer, and specify the trim and thoughts, shopper comments can inform you precisely what the broker paid for that motor vehicle after which you would be able to negotiate up from that ingredient, somewhat than negotiating down from the arbitrary and meaningless sticky label cost. the buyer comments provider is obtainable online.

Lexus is a rebadged Toyota, so Toyota has better value overall.
