I think people who ask questions like this one are thoroughly crazy, but there isn't enough space in the asylums for all of you.

Jesus did not have to be reborn. Baptism is the betrothal to Jesus. When we are baptized, then we are engaged to him. He was just doing his part in the betrothal ceremony. Remember when The Blessed Virgin Mary was known by Joseph to be with child and he said that he would quietly divorce her instead of the public humiliation and possibly worse? They hadn't officially been married yet but, the engagement in those days was virtually a marriage contract so that is what our baptism is -- the engagement. Holy Communion is the marriage, the consummation--

Jesus was and is the only Christ. Jesus wasn't reborn, because people had to be reborn through Him. As Christians, we are made spiritually alive, but are a new creation, not christs.

He is called the "first-born" of man. This seems to suggest that he was the first to be born into this world whom ascended in a single life experience.

No Enoch ascended first (and maybe others), but it was Jesus' job to educate the world about the ascension and show all of us the way.
