The above responders are answering for someone filing as single - would be 25% for head of household or for married filing separately also, but the bracket limits would be different. For married filing jointly, $60K taxable income is in a 15% bracket.

The above answer is for tax year 2005.

For 2006, the same 25% bracket is for taxable income between $30650 and $74200.
