It's rough. I have days when the pain is worse than others. So, no, not always. But, I have a good sense of humor, which gets me through a lot.

Wow..it fairly is been awhile for the reason that i've got been on right here lol. So *smile and waves hi* :) And the respond as to no remember if if I even have inner peace or no longer is genuinely 'confident!'---I even have consistently been very grateful and blessed for the little issues in existence. turning out to be up, I even have found out to get excitement from maximum something that existence has to furnish. I even have this mentality that there is often somebody someplace else worst off and could do something to commerce place with some people who've it made yet does not be responsive to the thank you to incorporate nor get excitement from what we've. So armed with this understanding, i will do maximum of what you reported above with very minimum to NO aids of medicine, alcohol, and the rest that maximum persons could in any different case could desire to get by a typical day.

That does become a challenge. Some days you can overlook some of the pain but when you face a life time of it a person has their good and bad days. The bad days just steer clear.
I know many disabled people like me and we all have our horrors.
Who is the person thumbs downing all the real answers here? I take it they haven't felt a pain in all their life to be giving everyone a thumbs down. How rude of them.

No, when you are in pain it is difficult to be cheerful. What you can do is still be kind, and loving. When people know that you are suffering, they rarely ask you to be happy and Cheerful. Most people understand that if you are in pain it will be hard to be cheerful, but you can still be kind and loving. I speak from experience, I was injured and I live on Morphine and Methadone along with a bunch of other pain killers. I retreat to my bed when I am in too much pain. This saves me from hurting others.

Ignoring all would make me very cheerful. Alas my aches and pains would soon kick my butt. So stay up beat with my aches and pains

Absolutely...what am I suppose to be like, treat other people bad because I feel bad??? Were is the logic in that? Remember the Golden Rule: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do To You

Um, it depends on what those pains are. I don't think that you can be cheerful with say, severe hard core depression.

Yes...and it's not easy...believe me!
You put yourself in other people's shoes.
How would you feel if you saw someone being a sourpuss?
the breakdown is this...if you have any belief in a higher power, you will always know there is not reason for a sour disposition...mainly because you know that you will be brought through whatever it is...sorrow lasts only for a moment because joy comes in the morning...
