what are some good ideas for fundraisers my daughter who gets to go to ireland and the uk?

My daughter was chosen by people to people to be a student ambassoder. we need to raise our own money in order for her to go. It is a good oppertunity but i am on disability and cant give her any money but would like her to go for the whole experience. She will get college credit for it. She will also learn other cultures.

If you are in the US go to an Irish Pub/Club let them know your situation and encourage them to hold a fund raiser there on St Partick's Day which is just a few weeks away.
