It depends on their location and size. Before you get them removed, ask your self, "Am I sure I want to do this?"
What you need to understand is that cancer can metastisize. This means that the cancer cells can become imbedded in other tissues but will not grow until the parent tumor is removed. If you get these tumors removed, the cancer might spread to a more dangerous place. If euthanasia or constant pain killers for your dog are not an option for you, it will cost anywhere from about $400 to about $8000. Just remeber that the cancer and tumors can come back very, very easily

Depending on where the tumor is at, they will probably just go ahead and operate to remove it. Remember, not all tumors are cancer. A lot of people get confused about that.
Prior to the operation, they are going to want to take a couple of xrays to see if the tumor (or cancer) has metastasized. They will also do a blood panel to check if your dog is otherwise in good health. After they perform the surgery, they will need to do a biopsy on the sample to see if it is cancer. tumors are relatively common, so it may not even be cancerous. However, if it is cancer, the vet will either 1.) do chemo or 2.) do nothing, and you'll just need to observe the dog for any more signs of tumors and ill health in general.
My dog had cancer when she was about 8. It was mammary cancer, and all the tumors were removed in a big surgery. Another tumor developed when she was around 11. That tumor was also removed. Both operations totaled to less than $2,000. She is now 13 yrs old, and extremely healthy. The vets didn't expect her to live as long as she did, but the point is that she needed medical care, and I got it for her, even though I was dead broke.

It completely depends on how big the tumors are, where they are located, and your dogs age/overall health. The big thing here though is that boxers are a breed prone to cancerous tumors, so you should really get these checked out. The longer you wait the better chance you give the cancer to spread to vital organs, in which case surgery won't do much. Good luck with it!

i'm so sorry to hear that... i had a dog that had a tumor... we spent at least 5000 just finding out she had tumor... by the time they found out it was tumor, it was too late... she had to be put down... so watch out who takes care of your dog... i can't give you a price... but i'd imagine that it's pretty pricey... i am so sorry...
