That is a really good question, I do believe that religious difference are ok. Do I wish that everyone had the same beliefs as me, yes. Am I going to change their minds every time just because I want to, no. Do I think that everyone needs to be a Christian like me right now or we will all burn in hell, absolutely not, I believe that everyone should have an opinion and they should be allowed to voice it. The only time that I ever have a problem is when I meet someone that worships the devil. Most times I do not ask what someones religion is unless the subject somehow happens to come up. I believe that everyone should get to have their own beliefs, and opinions. Do I disagree with some of them, yes, does it bother me to death if someone does not believe the same things as me, no.

Because, for some reason, there is an inherent need in people to be "right", even if they may be wrong. Any one of a number of beliefs could be right or wrong, so there is no absolute answer when it comes to religion. People wanting to prove themselves right to the exclusion of all other beliefs is where the problem arises. Being right validates their existence and belief systems. They allow fear to be their guide, instead of the still small voice within themselves that seeks truth and the learning of it. When one is able to release the fear, then true knowledge and understanding can be found without the need to disprove other valid beliefs.

I agree with you! I think pointless questions and bashing on other religions, even if online, is sad and very rude. I think everyone is free to believe whatever they want to. That is their freedom and their choice! Thank you for this question! Finally a question that is positive and helpful!

We can't get along because believers in the Abrahamic cults (Islam, Xian, and Judaism) try to mandate morality based on bronze age mythology, and consider those who don't share their delusion to be less than human.

I agree pretty much but there are some religions, for example, Islam, the extreme forms of which demand that people either convert or die, and I, for one, would rather not die.

Because, for all their vaunted claims of superiority, human beings are still animals that fight over everything from territory to sex. We are human and that means we will fight. Its what we do.

We don't have to. The problem is that it really only takes one person to start a fight, especially if that one person gets physical.
