There's this guy I know, who is in one of my classes. After almost every class I say bye to him. Well the past few days there have been two times when I forgot to say bye, so instead he waves at me and says bye at me from a distance before he leaves. He only did this to me and nobody else. A few months ago or so though, if I forgot to say bye, he wouldn't say it either. Opinions?

Well there's more than that, too. He knows I love him and he is my teacher. He's single and me and him have everything in common, seriously. I've known him for many years (4) now, and have been in love with him during that time also. It is real, don't bother arguing against it or you'll be ignored.

He's really nice to me and flirt with him a lot. If he wanted to show me he wasn't interested, then he's doing a poor job at it. Why flirt back if hes not interested? Thats why I believe he is.

It's not humouring, 'cause I don't find it funny at all.

I WAS OBVIOUSLY PLANNING ON GETTING IN A REALTIONSHIP WITH HIM WHEN I WAS OF LEGAL AGE (18). Dude, I am totally not stupid enough to try anything at this age.

If he is alot older than you and your a teenager then he is probably just humoring you. I wouldn't take it to seriously, I know thats probably not what you were looking to hear but it I am only about being truthful. I don't know your age and his age it would be alot easier to make a judgement based upon that.

Sounds like he's interested in a least a friendship. It's worth pursuing. Ask him if he wants to hang out (casually),since he's your teacher tread the waters carefully. Good luck!

Okay, there's plenty of reasons not to do this, but here's one you might actually listen to...

Let's pretend that he's totally into you, and you're totally into him, and you end up going out, and it's fantastic...

He's going to lose his job, lose his teaching certificate, and likely end up in prison. Period. End of story.

This has happened at least two dozen times that I can think of in the last couple of years in my state alone. If you truly do love him, STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

it would have been nice if you mentioned how old you and he are.

you weren't too specific about the "everything in common" you have except that you both say "bye" and you have the same class together (but as teacher/student).

first of all you need to wait until he is longer your teacher then pursue it from there they have rules against teacher/student relations.and if it is real the it will still be real when class is over good luck i hope this is what your heart desires.

sounds like he does like you but may be hesitant to openly come out and say anything because he is your teacher...I hope you are of age...if so then he may take it a step further when you arent his student anymore ...If you are under 18 then he may like you but will keep things the way they are...
