Walk every day, and gradually increase the distance you walk, and the speed in which you walk.

You can try yoga, aerobics, lifting weights, etc.

Be sure to drink enough water, and to eat plenty of fruit and veggies.

Without 'dieting,' you could cut out certain foods like fried foods, junk foods, and fast foods. Cut out soda--each serving of soda is about 150 empty calories--drink juice instead. You don't really need dessert, either.

It's not hard to lose weight, as long as you can do some walking (at least), and cut out the empty and fatty calories (soda, fried foods).

You know, dieting has a lot more benefits than just weight loss. It's kind of impossible to lose weight the good way without dieting. And remember, the way society may portray the word 'diet' can sound bad, like anorexia. But, it's not. Dieting simply could mean just eating healthier. Stop eating junkfood and find healthier alternatives. Read the nutrition facts on packages and portion your meals. After a week of eating healthy, if you look at junkfood, you may just not want it anymore. It may take longer to get this result in some cases. Also, along with eating healthy, exercising helps alot, too. Even though you may be thinking that it's impossible for you to cut back on the junk you eat everyday and to 'find time' to exercise, it's most definitely possible. You have to put your mind to it. If you don't ever eat healthy and exercise, you'll get nowhere. Just think: You don't want to be one of those big people who eat at McDonalds and eats junkfood because they don't 'have time to prepare healthy meals and exercise;' that is such a stupid excuse. No wonder the U.S. is becoming the fattest country in the world. You have to diet and exercise. Eat healthy and start exercising every day. Exercising will get fun if you do the right exercises and along with eating healthy, you don't only start to look better, you feel better. Eating healthier means you are improving your health, not just your looks. Eating healthy and exercising is most definitely the way to go, not only because it'll make you look great, but because it'll also make you feel great and be amazingly healthier, adding years to your lifetime. You will get nowhere with diet pills and/or simply not dieting.

Diet pills WONT help. The only way without dieting is exercise. You have to expend more calories than you take in to lose weight.

Reseach has show that diet is about 75% of weight loss, so its a must.

The word "diet" has a bad rep. You are dieting when you eat your regular meals. We associate diet with deprivation and you don't have to deprive yourself to be in shape. You could try to cut back some on the high calorie meals and foods that you eat. Also you could just watch the overall amount of calories that you eat. You don't necessarily have to stop eating those foods unless you are really serious about it. As far as lossing weight without adjusting your diet, the key is to burn more calories that you take in through food. So you need to have an idea of how many calories you take in, how many you burn in your everyday life and from there you exercise in order to burn more whatever you aren't burning in regular activity.

Having seen this I feel the need to share something because I spent endless years going from diet to diet without experiencing any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (just google it). Without doubt its the best weight loss that I have ever had and it is still working to this day.

Stop looking for the easy way out, here are some easy ways to lose weight!

Stop eating pizza and fast food.
Stop drinking sodas
Avoid sweets and greasy snack foods
Drink lots of water
Eat more fruit / vegetables
Eat everything in smaller portions
Integrate light exercise into your daily routine

you can lose weight without dieting by drinking 8 glasses of water a day and do speed walking or another type of exercise

After reading this I want to share something because I spent years jumping from diet to diet without getting any real results until I saw Pams magic plan (google it). Without doubt its the best results that I have ever had and i have kept it off to this day.
