My English is not so god, pls help me to make an email to boss and colleagues as i needs to inform them my wife deliver a baby boy , how can i e mail them very politely to this matter to my boss and colleagues

Thank you all for your support during my wife's pregnancy. I'm pleased to annouce that
James Keith Smith
was born at 3:27 in the morning (time of birth),
on March 3, 2007 (date)
at Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long.
My wife is recovering quite well and we wish to thank you all for the good wishes and congratulations we received from all of you.

People want to know what how big the baby was, when he was born, and what name you chose, especially if the spelling is not a typical American name.

I first want to say to you - congratulations! Here's an email you could send - I am pleased to annouce the birth of my new son "" born on ..... day.... time... weight.... my wife " " is doing well - and perhaps enclose a photo of your new baby in the email!
