I excersize a normal amount (20 minutes a day) eat a normal amount of calories and I'm otherwise perfectly healthy, but I only get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night. No matter what time I fall asleep, I wake up naturally (no lights or alarms) at exactly 5:30 am every morning. Am I getting enough sleep?

If you are exercising and eating healthy, your body is at optimal level meaning that you can sleep less. It's your sleep cycle, you are already used to it, you said it yourself, you are prefectly healthy.

If you force yourself to change your sleep cycle, in the long run it can make you more moody, you'll daydream more, and cannot concentrate as well during the day.

That would not be enough sleep for me but everyone is different. Maybe you do not require that much. I also wake up at 5:30 but it is because I have to for my job and well I don't need an alarm clock if I go to bed on time but 4 to 5 hours is not enough for me but hey, if you are not tired during the day than that is fine for you
