think about it this way if you were the boyfriend how would you feel if your supposed girlfriend wanted to be some tramp and go cheat on you with some guy
and odds are if she cheats on him she will do it to you to

If she has a boyfriend, she doesn't like you. If she did, she would've broke up with him already. Maybe she's just stating the fact as a joke. And maybe she just says that because you are attractive.

It has happend to me, if she isnt happy she needs to break up with the other guy, the worst thing to do is for her to cheat. If u want to be with each other then go for it, but she needs to break up with the other guy.
