depends on what else you eat. a good mix is best. vegetables tend to contain more fiber and fruits generally have more sugars. you need both, but if you are eating lots of whole grains then you need fib re less. if you get a lot of sugar from other sources, then you need fruits less. diabetics have to be careful about how much fruit they eat at once due to the sugars that are naturally occurring in fruits. having said that, almost any fruits or vegetables are better for you than just about any processed foods. if the ingredient label has more than a few items, or you can't pronounce them, then it's probably not very good for you.

Both have tons of vitamins, but I would have to say vegetables are better. The reason is that fruits contain sugar...which leads to weight gain.
This article explains a lot:

Both have positive benefits towards your body, but fruits have a higher sugar content than vegetables-- if you can even out your intake on both, they're both healthier for your body.

Both! You need both to survive. Fruit provides asid while vegatables provide fiber. And you may go "what about tomatoes?" those r fruit. Anything with seeds inside is a fruit. veggies r stuff like: potatoes, carrots, lettuce, cabbage ect...

Depends on your Health. If you are a diabetes then fruits are not good for our health and vegetables are always good even when you are affected by any type of diseases.
