Is like having a canker sore but is on your toungue. Is looks like a small cut. Sometimes there is is a small white spot on it.

Glossitis is the general term for tongue inflammation. It is not a disease entity on its own. There is not enough info about your condition to suggest a true diagnosis. See your local dentist.

Acromegaly is the term for a swollen tongue. You happen to have an ulcer, not Acromegaly.
