Antibiotics, my 2 year old had a two double ear infections and they gave her 2 antibiotics, one in the form of ear drops and the other was an oral antibiotic. If she keeps getting frequent ones they may do tubes which my nephew had to get. I have had several people tell me that was the best thing they ever had for their children. Take her to the dr. if you dont have insurance, go to the ER, they at least will let you pay the bill out. Hope she feels better soon. I acutally had a pharmacist recommend sweet oil held in with cotton...thats my moms remedy for an ear infection too! Be sure when you wash her hair to not get the water in it, you could even skip hair washing for a couple of days. Hope this helps.

definatly go to a doctor. Actually if she is in a lot of pain and has a high fever with it just take her to the ER. You dont wanna mess with Eqr infections with young children, it can lead to hearing problems or worse...if they are chronic.
