DUH, a girl giving you her phone number shows that she LIKES YOU and WANTS to get to know you MORE. JEEZ!
P.S.- No offense man, I know you just trying to get you a little girlfriend or whatever. Why don't you ask your dad? Or maybe a friend? Or are you too embarrassed? It is perfectly normal to be embarrassed about this sort of thing. Just remember to be yourself and have fun!
