Two things... 1st, your height is determined from your genes, the ones you inherited from your mother and father. There is another factor, nutrition. If you do not eat right, you will not grow to your full potential as determined by your genes. 3rd world countries where children are malnourished have this problem. Lack of calcium, for example, might result in less than normal height because the bones do not have the resources to grow. 2nd, exercise does not change anything which is an inherited trait, exercise simply makes muscles grow to fit the effort you exert. Exercise is good for you, but it won't change your height in any way, just like exercise will not change your eye color or your hair color. The way your body grows is determined by your genes, you will grow in a similar manner as your parents did when they were your age. Don't worry about it. I am glad you are exercising. There are too many of your age who sit on a couch all day playing video games who will grow old and have health problems and regret it later in life...
