packets i think. one large packet or 2 small ones????? im not sure.

It means, if you don't have a large yeast its ok to use 2 small ones instead.

I would assume they're referring to yeast packets, which you can buy in the baking aisle of any grocery store. I believe they come in large and small sizes.

Yeast packages....you can buy them in the dairy dept. they come 3 in a pack, they make the dough rise into a big fluffy ball...and it smellsss sooo good
