Bring up a really good movie that's out, or coming out soon, or a party you know he'd like to go to... or some place he'll like to go eat. Start talking about it for a while, make sure he's interested, then say, "hey, maybe we can go saturday" or something to that effect!

I don't know if his brown hair and cuteness make things different but as any other guy with non brown hair and non cute, you can ask him for a coffee at starbucks or even for a lunch. I a msure they allow guys with brown hair who happen to be cute
