Nope, the above answer is only partially correct. T-cells are part of the cell-mediated immune system. B-cells and their differentiated forms--plasma cells and memory cells--are part of the humoral immune system, which includes the antibodies as produced by plasma cells and memory cells for anamnestic (memory) secondary response to an antigen.
