Hi ; Go to the Broadway Junction (located on B'way and Fulton).Take the Manhattan bound "A" express .Seven stops to the Chamber Street World Trade Center station.Ride the front car of the train.Then proceed up the stairs to Chamber Street.When on Chamber Street go east towards the municipal building (gold statue on roof).Make left on Broadway and walk 5 or 6 Blocks. Your there. Good Luck.
